A great experience from the time you walk through the door. The front desk is so welcoming. April has so much knowledge and experience it makes the process so easy. Dr.Lord is great he is very gentle putting in drops and does such a great job remembering your history. Highly recommend.

They are always friendly and greet you with a smile. April is nice and makes you feel welcomed when you walk into the door. Dr. Lord will listen to you and takes the time to explain what is going on with your vision. What I like is I don’t have to worry about that puffer machine because there are other ways to check your eye pressure. Great experiences all the way around.

Great staff! Always so helpful! Dr. Lord is personable and always answers any questions I have. April is a gem and always so sweet when helping me pick out my frames. They make you feel more like friends and family then patients!!!

My fist appointment with Dr. Lord was great. His office is very nice and April his assistant is very pleasant and friendly. Dr Lord was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and informative. I would not have a second thought about recommending Dr Lord and his practice.
