First visit to Acadia Eye Center and I'll never go anywhere else! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable; the atmosphere was very relaxing. Dr. Valley did not rush the exam and reviewed results with me. I ordered new glasses and am extremely happy with the time that was taken to review insurance information to ensure it was correct. Before I left, I even scheduled an appointment for my husband! Highly recommend!!
I have always had a really great experience with Dr. Valley and the entire office staff. From the moment I walk in, everyone is always welcoming, professional, and efficient. Dr. Valley is thorough, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and their eye health. Every other place said they were gonna be to the end of February. I had crazy eye pain they got me in within an hour. And they did such a good job. Dr. Valley and his team are top tier. Always very pleasant and professional. I have been going to him for a few years now and have been very happy with all of my appointments. I've never felt rushed and he's always happy to answer all my questions and concerns. The new office in Brewer is very nice and clean, in addition, all of the equipment is either brand new or kept in excellent condition.
