⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My experience at Manet Community Health Center has been outstanding. Everyone I've interacted with has been kind, professional, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Stephanie at the front desk for always being welcoming, patient, and helpful. She makes every visit start on a positive note. Thank you to Dr. Kara for her compassion, professionalism, and for taking the time to listen and provide thoughtful care. I'm also incredibly grateful to Dr. Thomas Barber for being understanding, supportive, and easy to connect with. He truly listens to his patients and makes you feel heard and respected. Thank you to the entire Manet Community Health Center team for the excellent care and for everything you do for the community. Your dedication makes a real difference. God bless you all. ⭐

If you have any respect for your own time and schedule, do not go to Manet Community Health. They repeatedly reschedule appointments that are already booked a month out, often on a weekly basis. Instead of having staff call patients directly, they use an automated system telling you to call back and reschedule yourself. Then when you do call, you end up waiting on hold for nearly an hour even after selecting the “press 1 for a callback” option. Waiting again on hold until they say press 1 for a callback again!! Extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience.

It’s a regular doctors office. The staff is always polite. The facility itself is always clean. They have plenty of providers with all different types of specialties. The lab staff is quick, efficient & nice. Manet has translators for just about any language you may need help translating. They aim to care and provide for everyone. There is often a bit of a wait when seeing a provider. But I guess that happens just about everywhere you go to see a doctor.

I came in EXTREMELY Sick. Although being a few minutes late due to difficulties with my sickness. The clinic would NOT help me. I expressed being very concerned about my health in the kindest most polite way possible they still told me I wouldn’t be seen today or even this week for that matter at any of their locations. Being inside the building and offering to wait as long as needed made no impact. Would NOT recommend to anyone looking for help, especially in imperative situations! Will most definitely be finding a new doctors office!

Very grateful to have a community health center so close to me in Quincy, since I highly prefer this nonprofit model of care over for-profit health care. I have had nothing but good experiences with the providers here, and the folks at the pharmacy are always kind, too.
