It’s my second year coming with this doctor and he is so professional, very kind and explains everything perfectly and I’m suffer from anxiety and 100% he makes me feel comfortable!!! About the people on the front desk and by the phone they need to have more customer service definitely
Horrible experience. They never placed my order its been over a month. No communication. They never call back. Supervisor had no idea what she was talking about. 5 days later and still have not heard back from manager as told.
I had an incredible experience at this eye clinic. The doctor was not only extremely thorough and knowledgeable, but also deeply respectful and emotionally intelligent, something that truly stood out to me as someone who struggles with health anxiety. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even shared a few thoughtful life lessons along the way, which made the visit feel personal and comforting. The staff were warm, friendly, and professional, creating an overall welcoming environment. I left feeling genuinely cared for. And the fact that they take HPSJ, amazing🙌 Highly recommend!
They were great when my husband and I first went about 3 years ago. The past year, the service has been awful. The people in the front rarely pick up. Only one person in the office seems to know how to order glasses and it took 3x longer for my husband to get his glasses. Instead if taking 6 weeks, it took nearly 3 months to get in both his glasses. They seem extremely disorganized. I just called to make a place for my son. They said his health insurance wasn't working. I called my case worker and it was working. They tried arguing with me and were rude on the phone. They do not care for its people they serve. My husband, me and I won't be returning. Extremely disappointing since the doctors here are great. They just have hired the wrong people over the past couple yeas or so. They had a near 5 star rating hwn I first went and now it's down to by nearly a whole star.
Dr. Stellhorn is absolutely amazing! He is an awesome doctor and works very well with my high energetic 8 year old. The front desk ladies are very kind and responsive.
