BEST customer service ever! From the start Alma helped me so much! I had drove from another city with no appt. She helped me see Dr. Chisty who was super sweet and very thorough. Josey helped me pick my glasses out and was very helpful! Can't wait to get my glasses in 2 or 3 wks!

I had an amazing experience at Target Optical in Manteca! AMA was absolutely incredible - 10/10 customer service from start to finish. She was so helpful, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. I came from out of town, and she definitely made the trip worth it. It's rare to find someone who goes above and beyond the way she did. Highly recommend asking for AMA if you visit!

Very happy with the service I received! The lady let me still keep my appointment even though I was 15+ minutes late. My glasses were sent off and delivered back quickly, I was able to wear my prescription glasses in about a week after the exam. Getting my exam done was a breeze as well. Everyone was so kind!

Ama helped me from the moment I walked in into target vision, until the end when I picked up my glasses. She was very thorough and attentive, with a very strong attention to detail. Out of all of the staff that I met during my appointments here, including the doctor, were absolutely extraordinary, will definitely always come here for my vision needs.

Had my first eye exam in about ten years today. The Doctor was very polite and explained everything clearly. Josie at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, offering to take me through an in-depth process for selecting corrective lenses. I informed Josie that I had narrowed my selections down to about 5 pairs while waiting for the Doctor earlier, and she rolled right into helping me pick one and customize my order. I had tons of questions about how much my insurance was covering, what the differences were between lense features, astigmatism, and a bunch of other stuff.. Josie was extremely patient and explained everything thoroughly. She helped me weigh out pricing by adding and removing any option I asked for. I had a very positive experience here and the customer service was exemplary.
