Doctor Cesar Humberto García changed my daily life to healthier and happier since the first visit three years ago. Straight to the point, always considering the fármacos side effects, proactive vision scheduling tests in advance for possible sicknesses and plenty of time to read me between the lines. After Doctor García gave the first prescription he told me: “At this point of your life you health is going to get better but, if it’s go down it will be harder for me to bring you back, so please help me…TAKE YOUR MEDICINE!!

Arrived early for an appt today in 3b. Was told I would have to wait an hour and could clearly see by the waiting room how busy they were. My husband was in the hospital at University having a procedure and I wanted to get back to him. After 46 minutes I let the lady at the desk know I could see how busy they were and would like to reschedule. The lady tech came out immediately to let me know that just because no one wasn't in the waiting room didn't mean they weren't busy. I could clearly see that my appt was not a priority. I let the nice tech know I would reschedule.
While I do appreciate the doctors, the wait times are beyond ridiculous and astronomical. I am currently waiting for my husband's second surgery here. Arrived at 930 and still waiting to be wheeled back for surgery. It's currently 1pm. Last time, we waited 2 hours before we even got in the back for prep and another 3 hours before the surgery began, we were one of the first surgeries scheduled for the day last time. Hilariously, these wait times are shorter than the offices off Zarzamora where some of these doctors take appointments. They are supposed to call you the day before the surgery to tell you what time to arrive. 4 surgerys between the campuses and they have called us once. Last time I had to call, it was took late on Friday to get a hold of anyone. I called all Saturday and Sunday. The on call doctor told us to just " show up" early on Monday and just wait or call in the morning. You have got to be kidding me. We have to drive 2 hours to get here one way and you are telling me you can't find anywhere on any system what time a surgery is scheduled for. No one seems to be in a hurry here. I understand what its like to be short-staffed. If that's the case quit filling appointments.
Horrible experience very disappointed don't recommend at all very rude people especially the outpatient surgery center not recommend at all :(
I see Dr Lyons Gyn / Onc and Dr Hosein Plastic Surgery both have operated on me and would recommend them. Very compassionate and skilled providers . The facility itself is nice the elevators are really busy but other than that it’s well above average. Love that it’s somehow connected to University Hospital.
