I had a great experience at Marietta Eye Clinic! Malia was absolutely amazing she handled all of my exams with professionalism and confidence. She took the time to explain everything before doing it, which made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Dr. Zakiya Nicks was just as wonderful very kind, professional, and honest. I really appreciated that she didn’t prescribe anything unnecessarily and focused on what was truly best for me. The front desk ladies were always welcoming and helping. I watched them provide great customer service in person and as they were taking calls. Overall, such a positive experience. I’m definitely looking forward to seeing them again!

I received PRK eye surgery in May of 2026 and had an amazing experience from the consultation to the actual Procedure. Once the surgery had taken place I wasn't sure what to expect post care but the team at Windy Hill has been just as amazing. Doctors Nicks, and Matli, are but super knowledgeale and answered all of my questions and the scheduling team has been able to work with me on times and dates. Dr. Hayden Matli was excellent! I very highly recommend her. She was friendly, personable and extremely knowledgeable. She listened and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed from my prescription eyewear. Allow me to tell the story. She easily took care of my lenses for distance vision. The reason I am writing this review is for her determination to solve a specific, probably not to common request of mine. I utilize a sit stand desk pictured below, which not only has my computer keyboard on it, under it I have a piano keyboard that slides in and out, which is important to know. I wanted my prescription to allow me to be a bit closer to the desk to type on the computer keyboard, but also work when I pull out the keyboard and back up. She worked over several visits even allowing me to bring in my computer and a tape measure to make sure that we got the right distance. Between one visit and another, she actually did some additional research and calculations to make sure that when I came in, she had what I needed. During my second visit, she pulled out some old school specs as you see in the picture to get very precise measurements. This is truly an example of service with no limits and a relentless pursuit to solve a problem and create value. In a world of fast paced care, it is great to see someone who is truly dedicated to their craft to this level. Lastly, a special shout out to the two wonderful ladies at the front desk. They both had great attitudes, very personable, knowledgeable, and you could tell they really enjoyed helping people. I had an excellent experience and believe you would as well.

I have never left a bad review, but felt I needed to warn other parents scheduling for pediatric eye exams. I waited over 1.5 hours today for my one year old son to be seen by the doctor. He was only seen when I went out to the nurse and said we were going to leave. Once he was seen, it took over 15 minutes to bring back the discharge paperwork, which never came so we ended up leaving and checking ourselves out. I am tolerant and understanding, but when it comes to a toddler, their fuse only lasts so long. We will not be returning to this location.

Marietta Eye Clinic - Marietta, GA A great experience!! Dr. Zakiya Nicks was great. Many times when seeing a doctor for the first time, you're not sure what their personality will be like. Because my regular doctor was booked until next year, I made this appointment on blind faith!
