We have been very pleased with the Benton facility. All the girls are very friendly and helpful. Dr Eric takes time with you and explains and answers any questions you may have. We have been going for years and have never been mistreated in any way.

The West Frankfort store ( which is wonderful) referred me to the Marion store. The Marion office staff did not do their job and the laughed when explaining that it would be another week before I could be seen ( the day before my nieces wedding). I called the West Frankfort office again, they got me into the benton office. The Benton office was very professional, had everything clean, and all paperwork in order. I was very impressed. Could you imagine needing that sore area needing to come off your eye and all that bruising a day before a wedding.
