Dr. Wood was wonderful! Came in for eye exam.. all staff was great! He was knowledgeable... friendly... made me feel at ease. I was doing some follow-up from MRI... and he was so great. He hand wrote me a letter to take to my next doctor appointment next week. Literally can't say enough wonderful things about him and the visit!
Dr wood was very friendly as was the entire staff during my visit, my eye exam was thorough and professional, i have several issues with my vision making prescriptions harder to determine than most (blind in one eye, nerve damage, and several eye injuries) but Dr Wood listened to what I had to say so I left being able to see much clearer than when i arrived. I highly recommend the Benton location and will return for future eye exams.
Dr. Woods is professional, kind, and caring. I wouldn't trust my eye care to any other optometrist. I've taken all eight of my children and my wife to see him and have been helped by him for many many years.
Dr. Wood is excellent!!! Down to earth Guy ! 35 dollar consult to get a pc of metal out of my eye saving me who knows how much at the E.R.!!!!
They gave me the wrong contact Lens prescription . They failed to call me when the correct one was in. I called 5 times yesterday nobody picked up the phone and when we drove over there there was a lady sitting talking on the phone and obvious personal call she set the phone down without hanging it up to help us told me that they been in for a week and was not very polite
