I went to Spencer Eyecare in Mcleansboro. I ordered contacts online. 1800Contacts had to get the prescription from Spencer Family Eye Care. Spencer evidently gave them the wrong prescription. I received a years worth of contacts with the wrong prescription! I called (yesterday) the main office in Benton & wanted to speak to Dr.Olivia. Jessica said she would call me back. She didnt. I called them back after 12pm & Jessica said she just got my paperwork (from satellite office). I ask what time they closed and wanted someone to call me back before they closed. No one called back. I had one more day of contacts. I called this morning and Jessica said they didnt have my paperwork although.. she told me they got it yesterday! I reminded her of that & she said they needed my FILE. Really?! She said I had to call the satellite office. The doctor was in Benton. I informed her I would be calling the Attorney General to file a complaint. I called 1800 contacts. They are going to replace the contacts & send a prepaid label to return the others. I "tried" to call the satellite office to tell them to fax my information to 1800Contacts. No one was there. #1. Go with 1800contacts if ordering online. They gave a great price & are fixing Spencer Eyecare problem at no cost to me. #2. Do NOT go to Spencer Eyecare. Terrible, terrible customer service. They said they would call me back. They didn't. They are all about passing the buck. They wouldn't fix their own mistake or even try to fix it. There are good people & companies out there. Don't settle for less, which is Spencer. Go somewhere else!! You can't fall off the floor!
