Ive been a patient of Andover Eye associates for a number years. Today I finally got frustrated enough to walk out almost 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment and still not seen. The patient ahead of me had already waited an hour and was still waiting There were NO medical emergencies When a practice shows this kind of disrespect for their patients time, it says something about their professionalism. My criticism is not about Dr. Abelson. He was not who I was going to see today It’s about the practice in general and it’s not the first time its occurred. I’ve never walked out before on any medical appointment for any health need
