The nurse/whoever sees you before the doctor and office staff was incredible and kind. The doctor was cold and gave me absolutely no instruction on what dilation does to your eyes or the fact that your vision will be so deeply affected. Yes, I should have researched before going to my appointment, but I thought that the medical professional would explain things to me. I should have also looked up his reviews because clearly this is not a standalone issue. I left the office less than 10 minutes after being dilated and I felt drunk driving home. I have pretty decent vision and technically don’t even need glasses, so having vision that blurry was extremely disorienting, and there was no communication about that. I spoke to an optician friend post appointment after posting about my experience on Facebook, and she told me I should’ve been given dark glasses or had a driver. And that it was extremely dangerous for me to drive home in that condition, having taken no precautions. I would not suggest going to see this doctor, especially if you are someone who is new to having glasses and you will be seeing an Ophthalmologist for the first time.

Husband had eye checked office march 24th 2025 office is friendly. But got the suprised today when 6 month later september 19 2025, I received a bill for 196.00 I think they need to somehow update the system. we thought we were all paid up.
First, Nicole the tech, is a real sweetie, but more importantly professional efficient, competent and so very friendly. Dr. Always greets me warmly (and I can see his face now that masks are off!) and is very thorough with my exam. He answered all questions and offered follow up for any other problems-he cares! If you need an eye doc, call his office. You won’t be disappointed.
My daughter has received diabetic "eye care" for the past 4 years at this office. When she went for her yearly exam, she had her certified Diabetic Alert Dog with her (showed the card) and was told to wait outside because someone "might be allergic!" This is ILLEGAL, and she advocated that it was, yet she waited outside at the continued insistence of the receptionist coupled with the threat of appointment cancellation. We will not be returning to a business exhibiting THAT level of ignorance. Even WalMart workers know Service Dogs have public access. Ridiculous.
