All members of the staff that I encountered were professional, courteous, efficient. Dr Flanders in particular inspired confidence and miraculously transformed my vision with a yag laser procedure. One notable exception, the receptionist who on two occasions came across as supercilious, controlling and ignorant, insisting that the OD (doctor of optometry) is a medical physician (MD or DO). Overall though, this practice deserves 5 stars.

Dr. Dawson is always very friendly and personable. She is truly interested in her patients and is very knowledgeable. I’m very glad to have Dr. Dawson as my eye care specialist.

Very focused and professional. Assistant was extremely detailed, personally engaged, and thorough. Doctor gave good advice after thorough exam.

Dr. Dawson is awesome and I can not recommend her enough. I’m always a little uneasy when it comes to my eyes, but she has a way of making it feel easy and manageable. She’s calm, thoughtful, and always leaves me with clear, practical next steps that I can apply right away.
