This was the kindest staff at a doctor’s office I’ve ever encountered. From the front desk, medical assistant to the doctor, everyone was welcoming, helpful in explaining the procedure and knowledgeable. They had advanced equipment that enabled no discomfort or eye dilation. The doctor was incredibly thorough and diagnosed something many others had not paid attention to for me. She was patient in answering my questions until I understood. The optometrist was helpful in explaining my options and ensuring I felt supported in choosing my eye wear. The entire staff consists of highly competent and caring people. As a patient it makes for a pleasant and positive outcome when being examined seeing how the new technologies are being used by people who can direct, listen for my response, while even fostering a smile from me.

My problem was diagnosed quickly. Medication was suggested and a procedure was recommended. Ordered glasses to read that were clearer than a cheap pair of readers from Job Lot. Always great to have a dependable optometrist with a good team.
