I lived in Rockwall for almost 30 years . And always used this location for my kids and now me . Sign says they take walkings . I showed up At 4:07 at the locations. Sign also says they Close at 5. . Both receptionist were on the computer . Didn’t want to take me immediately said we are not taking anymore . They had no other patients on site : Other employees were pacing around and look bored. I mention it’s was not close to 5 and the other Hispanic receptionist answered were not taking anymore . They acted like if they were gonna do me a favor . Thats bad business. Some better customer service is needed vs cutting off the customers question.

I’ve been using Dr. Nguyen for several years for my eye care. She is professional, knowledgeable and a very pleasant person to deal with. She takes her time and explains what she finds during my annual exams. I’ve found the exams to be low-stress and informative. Her staff is efficient and helpful. Two thumbs up for Dr. Nguyen! 👍🏻👍🏻
