There's CLEARLY something strange with some of these low star reviews, because my experience here was great. Staff was friendly, I got in and out with relative ease, ordered my glasses and scheduled an appt for next year. All this to say, it's a nice optometry and the experience was great

Got my second pair of glasses from Mastrian's beginning of February. And just like the previous pair, two momths in a screw fell out and a lens was lost. Won't recommend
The receptionist was very kind, however they don't take UPMC for You. So, if you're given their number by your provider it is a waste of time to call them. There are NO eye doctors in the area that takes your card. Medical coverage is basically useless in this area. So sad
Staff is rude and does not seem to want to assist with clients, had an appointment for over 6 months to then be told insurance is not in network onky 5 days before scheduled appointment although insurance shows within network through insurance website. Seem to only care about money and not client needs. Do not recommend for those with young kids as they seem impatient and annoyed with them. Very disappointed.
