Maxim Eyes Optical

We started out several years ago connecting with Maxim Eyes as my son needed very specialized glasses that only a few select Vision centers even carry. I used to go to a different place for my exams and for my kids eye exams also. I used to go mostly to a ‘big box store’ vision center and the service was only ‘just so’. Not bad necessarily, but definitely not ‘5 Star’. Due to the courtesy we’d received with the special glasses I realized, “Why don’t I just come here to Maxim Eyes instead of the same old same old?” I called and made my exam appointment a year ago, and from the initial phone call through the entire experience I have to say that I’ve never experienced such amazing service anywhere else ever! My wife AND my kids have all now been coming to Maxim Eyes for exams and glasses and this is OUR family’s place for eye care needs. No turning back! Dr Pauline Thai is AMAZING! I’ve had eye exams all my life and been to many optometrists/vision centers. I’ve experienced a few eye doctors that have been very good, but Dr. Thai is by FAR the best! She is always cheerful, genuinely interested in me as a patient, and each time I visit she takes the time to listen to me, and fully answer all my questions. She makes me feel super comfortable and relaxed. Her level of care is paramount and I know my family and I are in the best of hands. The staff and owners of Maxim Eyes are ALL amazing! Dolcy is the owner and she has such a heart for the community and the people she provides a service to. You can tell her approach to patient care and service is priority number one, and that style and level of service filters down through her entire team! You can see and experience that they all love working there - what a pleasant and professional atmosphere! David, Luis, Keith and the rest of the team have always been so cheerful and kind and you feel like you’re a real person here - never just ‘another customer’ - but a valued person and valued customer. This level of service is unique - thank you Maxim Eyes for making mine and my family’s vision needs smooth and pleasant. Not found everywhere. I used to think getting my eyes checked and choosing glasses/contacts was a mundane necessity. But Maxim Eyes makes this part of my life enjoyable and easy. What a breath of fresh air! I have no hesitation recommending Maxim Eyes for you and your family!

Maxim eyes is the best! I travel almost an hour to come here because of Dr. Kirkland who has been my eye doctor for 11 years! The staff here is phenomenal, patient, kind, and trustworthy! David will sit with you for as long as you need to make the best choice for your frames! Luis is great to work with as well and always gets me the best price! Always happy when I leave Maxim eyes!

Best customer service! Very friendly.. David alway helps us pick to best glasses. My kids even enjoy getting their eye exam done. Will be back again next year. Love how cute and clean the office is. Best place I’ve been to for exams in years.♥️

I followed my Optometrist, Dr. Kirkland, from another company to Maxim Optical. Dr. Kirkland is absolutely wonderful. She has been caring for me and my family's eyes for over 15 years. When I see her for annual appointments, it's like going home to visit family. We typically begin appointments catching-up and asking about each other's family members then we move on to the eye exam. I am confident that my eyes are well looked after and for that reason I will continue going to her for years to come because she truly cares about her patients. Maxim Optical's entire team is fantastic. David is funny and keeps me smiling during visits. He keeps me calm and puts me at ease before the dreaded "air puff" test. His great personality and love for people is an important part of what has made Maxim successful. Keith is another wonderful team member. It was a pleasure being served by such a patient and helpful person. He was happy to answer all of the questions I had about my insurance coverage and about different eyewear. Maxim is a great company and I'm happy to have been served by this entire team.

The absolute best place I have ever gone for not only eye exams and glasses but customer service!! If you want the best experience, clean and upscale shop with the best prices, best customer service and a wide selection of gorgeous frames Maxim Eyes Optical is your spot! When you first walk in the decor and cleanliness is the first thing you notice. Followed by the receptionist who always has a smile on and so friendly. I have went for my children and myself and now have my husband and friends making appointments. Each time we have went we have walked out with smiles and had the best experiences. Keith really took the time to help my 3 year old find their first pair of glasses. Was super patient and kind! He even took the time to answer my questions about myself so I can make my appointment. I loved that they had a little area for kids with some games and different things for them to do while parents were able to get the paperwork side done. That was a huge help for my family. Which Maxim really takes the time to make it easy and quick! Prices were so reasonable! When I went for my eye exam David had me laughing the entire time, made me feel like family but most of all made the process quick and easy. He knew that I wasn’t a fan of the air being blown in the eye and took the time to make sure I was comfortable and the process went by so fast that it didn’t even bother me. The eye exam with the doctor was quick and easy. She took the time to hear my concerns and answer all of my questions. Louis was amazing! Took the time to get to know me enough to help pick my frames to fit my personality. He found several perfect frames that fit my face and personality perfectly. During the process of me picking my frames I had David and the receptionist who were walking by who also helped me decide. You just really feel like everyone genuinely cares and wants the best which I loved! They are truly the best!
