My first appointment at May vision did not disappoint. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. All my questions asked and answered. I was amazed at the technology available to best evaluate my vision. While my glasses might have cost less at the BOGO stores. It is worth it to me to receive quality vision care in Reedsburg.
Started visiting these folks after years of struggling with several different Eye Dr.’s getting my prescription right. I must say - Very Impressed. Dr. May really makes you feel like your eyes are the most important thing to HIM. No unnecessary testing, no BS, and no pressure to replace eyeglasses that are perfectly fine, and doing their job as is. Finally found MY Eye Dr.!!
I hadn't had my eyes checked in well over a decade, and since I kept buying more reading glasses & leaving them scattered all over my house, my wife booked an appointment for me at May Vision Center here in Waunakee. I am very impressed and highly recommend them. The staff was very pleasant, service was great, and the exam was very quick, efficient & involved impressively advanced technology. The optometrist was excellent, taking the time to genuinely know how I operate day by day, understanding that I use multiple computer monitors, learning about my previous personal injuries and family genetics. After explaining the results using the images from the exams, he wrote 3 different prescriptions ranging from glasses to contacts. The appointment could have ended there, and even though there was no pressure at all, we did purchase a pair of glasses after looking through their displays. I am very impressed with May Vision Center in Waunakee, and highly recommend them.
One of the best vision centers I’ve been to in years! The front desk was beyond helpful and so friendly (shout out Becki!). The technician Will was great too, friendly and took the time to explain in detail what the tests we were doing entailed. Would recommend Dr. Jacob Heffelfinger to anyone. He was knowledgeable, quick and the first doctor to recommend me to a new contact brand in 10+ years. Happily made the switch too! Happy to find a place where I completely trust the staff. Go to May Vision Center you won’t be disappointed!!
