Brandon Eyes

My family has been using Brandon Eyes for a while. Dr. Brandon himself is top notch. Knowledgeable, thorough, and absolutely solid from a clinical standpoint. The facility is also very nice and they’re clearly using good, modern technology. That said, the last two visits both started about 20 to 30 minutes late, which is hard to ignore. Especially given that prices are on the higher side. I’d also recommend filling your prescription elsewhere if you’re looking to manage costs. Overall, strong doctor and a polished practice, but the consistent wait times knock it down to about 3 out of 5 stars for us.

My first experience with Brandon Eyes. The examination was the most thorough and informative I have had in three decades of wearing prescription glasses. They have a wide variety of European frames. Best frame fitting I have ever had. Cost was competitive as they are an in-network provider for my vision insurance plan. Highly recommended.

Dr. Brandon is absolutely wonderful, very competent and knowledgable, explains everything in the right amount of detail, takes time to listen to questions and answer them, never hurries through the appointment like many doctors do these days, and makes sure that the patient feels comfortable and leaves with a perfect pair of glasses. Our entire family has annual appointments with him, and I definitely recommend!

Great experience at Brandon Eyes on Old Sauk Road in Madison. Staff friendly and maxed for a pleasant experience. Nice selection of frames in a few different price ranges. Short wait for new glasses to arrive.

Doctor Brandon and the entire staff are very welcoming and experienced in all aspects of eye care. My exam was very thorough and Doctor Brandon completely explained the purpose of each phase. His final review of the outcomes and findings was just as thorough with special attention on ensuring that I would receive the best lenses for my personal use case. They have countless frames across all budgets on display, and while selecting and fitting my frames, super-knowledgeable specialists Sarah and Ben provided complete and thorough answers to all of my questions.
