I had an incredibly good experience at isthmus eye care. Not only were they very pleasant to discuss my situation, they were very quick moving among multiple devices and providing data for whoever does the next process. The technology improvement in the decade+ since I've seen an opthamalogist is amazing. I can't say enough to praise this group!
Everyone at Isthmus Eye Care is so friendly and helpful, it is a pleasure to go there. Dr. Connors gave me a very thorough checkup and explained in detail exactly what was going on with my vision. The staff are experts in helping you get exactly the right glasses and will make multiple adjustments to ensure that your glasses are giving you the best possible vision and are comfortable and attractive as well. You always get a cheerful welcome and the reception staff are efficient and helpful in explaining insurance coverage, scheduling and taking care of the details.
To find people who possess both competency and professionalism coupled with pleasant and courteous mannerism toward patients can be a daunting task. I am very fortunate to find those people at the Isthmus Eye Care at the Middleton location. My family goes there for our eye care needs. The entire staff members from the Optometrist, Optician, and to the Receptionist are excellent. I am very pleased with the service they provide. YJ
I had acute blurry vision and called on a Friday morning. They got me in super fast and were so nice, helpful and thorough. I got a great action plan, follow up plan and they assuaged all my concerns. I cannot express my appreciation towards the wonderful service from the ophthalmology assistant who got perhaps my first successful IOP ever, to the optometrist, to the amazing receptionists and phone staff who were so kind and welcoming.
Dr Aja Kimrey provides such an outstanding service each time we visit. She is always courteous, listens and very understanding. She always goes above and beyond to engaged you in a conversation regarding your well being and how best she assist you with your eye health. She is awsome great ophthalmologist !
