They are completely irresponsible. I took my son in two weeks ago for his glasses, and no one has called me. I’ve called about five times; at first, I just got a recording saying they were on vacation something no one had told me and then, when I finally spoke to the receptionist, she let slip that she couldn't find anyone by that name in the system. She asked for my number and said she’d call me back later. I came here based on a recommendation from my son's ophthalmologist, but I won't be coming back, nor would I recommend this place; they don't make a good impression, even when you're paying for a service and are a new customer.

Just left to get my 3 year old measured for glasses. They were amazing and nice. They were so helpful. The woman who measured her was so sweet! So happy I found them.

Absolutely love ❤️ Andrea and her team as I’ve been going there for years for my daughter she really has a lot of knowledge and she’s actually great. She knows exactly what my daughter wants. She’s just fabulous made her eyes is the best highly recommend.

So I just always receive excellent customer service and care here along with my children. Lori gets us scheduled with pleasure. Andrea goes above and beyond to try and accommodate us. We are so grateful. If you’re looking for an eye glass spot, this is it!

Not autism friendly at all!!! My son has been in & out of doctor offices for the past 5yrs due to battling cancer in fact treatment is what affected his eye sight he's also non verbal autistic. We were referred here heard nothing but great things! However as soon as we entered the building my son was stimming & the women at the front desk as I'm saying his name said he needs to be quiet or the doctor is going to kick us out..I tried as much as I could but he is traumatized literally diagnosed with acute PTSD from being in the hospital so much!! She asked us to move so we did then she said it again!! There was trouble with his insurance suddenly when I sent over his insurance info when the appointment was scheduled & whoever was on the phone said everything was fine. Im not one to complain but there are other ways to handle things!
