Very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy coming here. The eye docs explain your results from your exam and spend time listening to your concerns. Never rushed for the next patient. The prices are good for quality glasses with a large selection of frames. I highly recommend.

I had a great experience at Polaris Eye Care in Woodbury. The staff was considerate, kind, and professional from start to finish. The optometrist was very thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure I understood my eye health and options. I appreciated the care and professionalism throughout the visit and would definitely recommend them.
I walked in and the facility is so nice. It's clean and waiting areas have magazines to browse. A nice lady then helped guide me to the glasses section to pick out a frame. They had some nice frames. One of the eye assistants came to take me back to do some eye pre-screening before I saw the doctor. Then I saw the doctor. The doctor answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable. I then went back to glasses section to finalize the frame. A different person helped me - very nice Asian man. He also showed me some overframe glasses (a size up for my wide head). The overframes fit much better. He confirmed that my insurance covered the frames and lens. He told me about the anti-glare add-on. I initially said no, but after talking to my partner about it, decided to call Polaris back to add the anti-glare (a $58 out-of-pocket expense). This was the best eye exam visit I have ever had. And my previous eye exam was done maybe 2015/2016 timeframe. Thank you to everyone at Polaris Eye Care who helped me during my visit. If I could give 6 out of 5 stars, I would. As a heads up, they are heavily booked on Fridays (when I tried to schedule a Friday, they were booked 3 Fridays out). And even on a non-Friday, they are quite booked - I had to go in for an evening appointment at 6pm on Tuesday night. This isn't necessarily a con, but just more that they are so good that so many people book appointments here, hence their low availability for an appointment within a few days notice.
I have been coming to Polaris Eye Care since it as known was Mead Eye Care, long before it changed names when Dr. Mead retired. They have consistently delivered excellent service in a kindly and professional manner.
Fast, friendly and thorough. Dr. Sil took her time listening and asking questions. Awesome all the way throughout the appointment.
