Dr. Ringeisen took time to listen to my questions and concerns and addressed them in a way that was understandable to a non medical person. He and his direct staff are wonderful. However, the first tech I had (Karissa) was like a human robot. I've never felt like I was just a number like I did with her. I tried to engage with some questions and information, but got nothing back. She wasn't necessarily in a hurry, just not someone I'd have meeting with patients until further training on interacting with humans.

My eyes had Fuchs disease that required cornea transplants on both eyes. My first procedure at a different clinic was extremely painful. After the first one I was not sure if I wanted to have a second surgery. I searched for another doctor and found Dr. Krick. She's amazing! My experience was so much easier with almost no discomfort. I highly recommend her.

I always have a great experience with Dr. Quick. I have been her patient for more than 15 years and trust her professionally to give me the best available options and allowing me to choose what is right for me. She performed my cataract surgery 5 years ago and provided me with permanent lenses that allow me to give up all but an occasional need for reading glasses.

Spent a lot of time explaining what was the issue and what his plan to do that day. Was considerate of the situation and our concerns.he made sure we understood and what to happen going forward. We feel he is an excellent doctor with a great deal of knowledge in his field!

I had a concern about my vision post Cataract surgery. I was seen that day by Dr. Horkey who did an eye exam, including checking eye pressure to make sure that my eye was healthy and healing. I received excellent care from Dr. Horkey and all his staff! Very grateful!
