Meade Eye Care (Thomas W. Meade, OD)

I wish I could give Meade Eye Care 10 stars! Dr. Meade, the office manager, and receptionist were all so kind to me and my son. We had a unique situation where my son had something hit his eye while riding a roller coaster at Cedar Point. It was a Saturday and we must have called 20 places between Ohio and Kentucky (where we live) to try to find someone to examine his eye. We walked in at Meade Eye Care and from the moment we got there everyone was so caring and made every effort to help us. They worked him into their full schedule. Dr. Meade was very knowledgeable, thorough, explained each step to us, and provided excellent care. He also was personable and funny. He even gave my son career and life advice. We cannot tell you how grateful we were for their service and care. We wish we lived closer to continue going there for our eye care needs. You won’t find a better optometrist office! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙏🏼🥰

It’s always stressful switching providers when your current one retires. The staff at Meade made the whole transition seamless. Convenient appointments, explained my vision benefits, and helped me pick out new frames. Dr. Meade is friendly and informative, and I cannot say enough positive things about the women he has at the “front of house”

Dr. Meade and his staff are very good at what they do. I have been going here for years and have always had a pleasant experience. Aside from the examinations, the options between contacts and all types of glasses is endless. I myself have purchased regular glasses, prescription sunglasses, and prescription safety glasses. Once ordered, they have a quick turnaround, and a high level of quality. Plus, they offer free refills on lens cleaning solution.

Dr.Meade and his staff are all very warm and welcoming. I love coming here as I not only receive great eye care but also leave feeling like I was the VIP for the time I spent there. Dr. Meade is genuinely interested in how you are doing. I get to talk about my eyes and the most interesting thing that I have done. I highly recommend this office for all of your eye care needs.

Dr. Meade impressed me with his knowledge and was extremely helpful with explaining everything to me. He has some really cool equipment that he uses to take high quality pictures of your eye and goes over the photos in detail with you - all for no extra charge!.
