Dr. Sieber has been my eye Dr. for year's. He is patient, efficient and easy to talk to. Others in my family see him for their eye care too. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The woman that assisted me during check out was efficient and understanding.

My children and I all go to MEA and I will say each doctor abd opticians are phenomenal! They were so helpful with my condition and very supportive once my daughter had to start wearing glasses. I can not express enough the gratitude we for Iris. I went years getting the wrong frame for my face and Iris changed that by providing me with information and pointing me in the right direction. The only complaint I have about MEA is the staff at the front desk. They could use a brush up on how to respectfully speak to patients and other staff members in other departments. Everyone has bad days but to have a disrespectful tone 3 visits in a row within a 2 week period while already stressed about my daughters condition isn’t acceptable. If you can look past those behind the desk, you will have a great experience!

First visit, am new to their practice. Great experience! 1st impressions are lasting. All the staff stood out as exceptional.. But if I had to pick one, and only one person,,, that would be Angel. Just so very helpful,, possessing professionalism and knowledge. That lady knows her 'Jay Oh Bee', JOB. !!!!!! Thank You !!!!!

Was my first experience with them and it will be my last experience with them. Worst experience in my life trying to get eye glasses. I have been wearing eye glass for at least 25 years and never had an experience like this. Two eye exams, two pair of eyeglasses, two and half month later and still not correct. Over eight hundred dollars invested and can see put of my old three year old eyeglasses better. One star is to much credit for them, but cannot give a quarter star review.

Doctors there are great but the receptionists are absolutely horrendous (unless you get Kiandra, she's nice). They are condescending, rude and overall unhelpful, even when it comes to something as simple as calling to update your insurance and schedule an appointment. You can't even chalk it up to a bad day because they are constantly like that when they answer the phone. It's a shame because as the other reviews mention this is a practice full of GREAT and friendly, knowledgable providers. It's just sad that's not reflected at the front desk depending on who you're talking to. You'd think they'd read the 1 star reviews and see the #1 complaint mentioned in them is their front desk staff's customer service and fix the issue.
