It's very good for me to be able to get an eye exam on the weekends. The staff is very friendly, and the woman that does the pre test is a professional. She might of not been in charge, but she ran the place like she was the owner. Very positive experience, and my prescription was clearer than lenscrafters.
Just had an appointment, yesterday. The staff was friendly, professional, and they took excellent care of me when I was there. I was very happy with the doctor as well, she was kind, explained the results of the test thoroughly and gave me an opportunity to ask questions. I highly recommend this location.
I was pleasantly surprised that they got me in the same day I called for and appointment. Everyone was extremely friendly and personable. The tech and the optometrist were both funny and had me laughing my whole appointment. They were fast and efficient. They went through every detail of what I wanted added to my glasses as far as scratch resistant lenses and anti-glare, then explained every line on the bill to make sure I knew what I was paying for. I would definitely recommend the Mechanicsburg office to anyone.
Had the most wonderful experience at vision Works yesterday. Ellie greeted me when I came in and took care of me. I was in and out less than an hour. I’m very happy with the glasses I chose. I was very happy with the service I was given. Would definitely recommend Visionworks in the future.
Very personable and friendly staff. Wide selection of frames available. Heather was very helpful in helping me pick out my new glasses. First time at Visionworks, and will definitely return. Highly recommended!
