Im not too sure whats going on with this facility but I went in for a visit for a cleaning and scans but I had to cancel the cleaning for a tooth extraction. When they sent the referral (mind you I have an infected molar)...they sent it in for a simple extraction. Not thinking I went to my consolation and they told me my referral didnt cover the extraction thats needed which was a bone in extraction not a simple extraction that they submitted for. Im now being told I need to have another appointment and that they cant give me an antibiotic even tho my infection is back. My HUGE question is why cant they just fix the mistake instead of dragging this out. I need an antibiotic for an infection so I can get surgery to remove the tooth that should have already been removed but didnt cuz the Mistake with the referral. Ive been completely loyal and patient with these people and it doesnt seem like they actually care about the patients true care or the mistakes they made. They only care about their paychecks and who they can brush off that day. There customer service skills are VERY poor which cant be trusted. They make you take extra unnecessary turns just to satisfy their needs when they arent looking at the history or paying attention to whats right in their faces. Their negligence might cost them.
