This place has gone in a downward spiral. Will not be purchasing glasses from the location ever again. The lady that used to be the manager there was very nice and helpful. I'm not sure what's going on now,but different people now and everything about my purchase experience was horrible. The reality is many people can not see without their glasses which means they can not function normally without them. Buying glasses that are your life line to living is a very serious and important matter for many people. The actual experience of a eye place you purchase your glasses is very important. It's not just a place you randomly go in like for fast food. The vibe there is so off from what it once was. I loved going there. It was my go to for glasses. The manager that was there before. Think her name was Dawn? Had the place running smoothly and also brought a pleasant vibe. Sadly my next frame purchase will be elsewhere. Not sure who's running the show there now,but it's a no for me. I like to be able to post positive fun reviews. However not this time.

Utterly disappointed, New Tech put an order for Rx (extra sensitive transition. Glasses), it came back as sunglasses 🕶️ instead, I asked to change order again 2 weeks ago, I guess she did not send order in time, and there is still no glasses. They do not own to their mistake, no apology for messing up, arrogant, clueless and terrible customer service. They used have knowledgeable people in that place who knew how to click on screen options, will never use them again

Ashley was very kind, informative, and helpful in the process of picking out the right pair of glasses for me. She was not rushing me and was very down to earth while I looked through different options. She gave me the best advice on lenses based upon my work. I highly recommend both this business and working with Ashley!

Dr Raymond and Suzanne are very sweet people. Dr Raymond was very patient with us. He spend good amount of time to understand and explain things. Suzanne is very sweet person. We missed our appointment without prior notice but upon calling in immediately she scheduled us next day appointment. Overall very nice and smooth experience.

Dr. Ray got my prescription right the first time. I felt like the sales associate who did my contacts training cared, even though she's probably done it a million times. The ladies who helped me purchase glasses were not rude but patient, and Susan, Dr. Ray's wife and receptionist, too, was very easy to talk to. I'd do business here again.
