Medical Center Ophthalmology Associates - Westover Hills

I had an emergency situation that my PCP couldn't help me with so she recommended MCOA. When I showed up the receptionist was super sweet and very compassionate. She knew the drs on hand that day weren't accepting new patients but she reached out to them anyway! Dr Orozco responded he would see me within the hr! All the staff were super attentive and empathetic with my care! When I saw the dr, he responded with "What if it had been my daughter, sister, wife that had needed the help? How would I want them treated?" He was super thorough, found the problem, got a quick resolution and was very informative with each step along the way! Highly recommend this place for any kind of eye care!

I would recommend the Westover Hills location over Huebner. Huebner the Dr was extremely rude,short,dismissive,no bedside manner, doesn't listen or allow you to speak, no one uses gloves and it was not an overall good experience. Westover hills I had only one lady that was a potential grouch but once I matched her energy she adjusted her attitude The front desk is very pleasant and the employees once you go to the back were extremely nice. People have to remember customers CHOOSE to spend their money, co pays and get care from where they feel comfortable and taken care of . I would never go back to Huebner but I will West over hills.

Always excellent service everyone is super friendly. Dr. Singer is wonderful. He’s been helping me through my eye condition for months now trying to get my condition corrected versus surgery, which is what a prior specialist suggested no other options but Dr. Singer had other options and so far I’m making a lot of progress. I highly recommend this Location.

Thank you so much for seeing my son. He was extremely nervous about seeing a new Dr but the front office staff was super friendly and the technician who readied him to see the Dr was top notch! She was so patient with him during the testing and dilation part of his eyes (his least favorite part of coming to the eye dr). Thank you all so much for your kindness and patience. We will be back😊

The doctors at MCOA really take the time to address my concerns. They are very thorough with their assessments and are up to date on the latest medications and procedures. I appreciate Dr. Alvarez working through different pharmacies to get a high cost prescription made available to me at a reasonable cost.
