I was induced this weekend, and my nurse Jessica helped me stay calm whenever I felt anxious. I had the best and quickest natural delivery experience with Dr. Pierce. The anesthesiologist, Chris, was amazing. I’ve had four epidurals, and he was by far the best. He got it on the first try. Every nurse who cared for me and my baby was so kind, supportive, and respectful. Anytime I needed help, someone came right away. Even the staff who brought our food were friendly, and the food was great. The labor and delivery rooms were very comfortable and nicely renovated. This was the best hospital experience I’ve had out of all my pregnancies. Thank you to everyone who made us feel so well cared for!

Absolutely amazing service. Honest, prompt, kind. Made my daughter feel very comfortable. RN Alex in the ER was amazing God send. He was great. I’d come here again if we need emergency care.
I was recently transferred to medical city of McKinney. During my stay I was transferred to a quarantine room that was dirty. I told the nurse and she assured me the room was clean, but the bathroom was obviously not. Bloody tissue on the floor, a full trash can. She told me she would come back and clean it. I was in so much pain I didn't dispute. Finally I was moved to a room on the 4th floor. I stayed over night waiting on a urologist. They never came and I was asked to be seen out patient, so I went home. Now I am sick. I'm having respiratory issues, cough, congestion and difficulty breathing. I'm scared. But I was dismissed and sent home like I was a problem. I don't know what to do. But I know this isn't right. Update, I spoke with someone that was concerned companionate and caring. They are looking into this. Even though this experience wasn't the best. I have had good experiences with this hospital. I'm sure it was just a busy time.
I cannot thank the entire team at Medical City McKinney enough for the exceptional care I received. I came in through the Emergency Room and was later admitted to the ICU. During one of the most frightening times of my life, every single person treated me with compassion, respect, and professionalism. The ER staff acted quickly and made sure I received the care I needed. The ICU team was absolutely incredible. They genuinely cared about me, kept me informed, and made me feel like I was in the best possible hands. Every interaction I had was positive, and it was clear that everyone takes pride in providing outstanding patient care. Thank you for Caring
I will say I usually get good service at Medical City McKinney despite the wait time you may experience sometimes. Unfortunately last night was not a good night for them. I do understand they were very busy and doing the best they can . But first I will say the lady in the Cat scan room should consider being a little nicer and be more patient with us customers. I went to the ER due to severe back pain ( I could not walk literally) when I got to the hospital they called back and started me on the meds and received a couple of shots. I was advised they would call me back for the cat scan. While waiting I was getting some relief from the meds already ( I should as much as I pumped in my stomach that fast. Normally that would be a no for me because I don’t like the sick feeling from all the meds) I was desperate! !!! I got called back for the cat scan ( hour and half later) they did the scan pretty quick (20 mins) When I was done the lady said bend your leg and give me your hand . She pulled me up from the bed so fast I started crying it was so painful. ( it hurt like hell) I had to get more meds! I was so mad.. # 2 issue while waiting in the room they violated a Hippa policy .i wont go into those details, but not good. I think it maybe a good time the ER staff gets some more training on these issues as they could hurt them in the long run! But I do need to give a big shot to Robert the transport guy. He was so nice and very respectful. ! I really appreciate his kindness.
