Professional, thorough and attentive. I highly recommend for cateract surgery. Dr. Bernstein takes time to listen and explains everything. She addressed my concerns immediately. The staff is great too. Top notch experience, from the surgery itself to the post-op checkup.

I was absolutely terrified to have my cataracts removed. Anybody monkeying around with my eyes just sent me over the edge... So, I let my cataracts get so bad, I was completely blind in my left eye and partially blind in my right. I couldn't drive, I couldn't read, my balance was off and causing me to fall. So... Someone at my church suggested Dr. Long, that if anyone would understand my fears and do an excellent job, it would be him... I gathered any little bit of courage I had and called... And, I'm SO glad I did... From the first moment of making my appointment, the staff was absolutely the best in the business. They were so kind and caring with me, a frightened ninny. They explained everything to me in terms I could understand and they actually looked happy to not only be at a job they enjoyed, but happy to see ME! They weren't at all bothered by my questions ("Will it hurt?" came up a lot I'm embarrassed to say). It was a very professional office and support staff. A great experience... Now, on to Dr. Long... What a wonderful doctor. Such a great "bedside" manner. He was calm, measured, and very, very thorough. He's the first doctor I've had in a very long time that didn't seem rushed and was happy to explain the whole process. He put my out of control anxiety absolutely at ease. Before and after surgery he was attentive and caring. In my "new found eyes", He's the best in the business... All in all, if you're looking for an opthomologist that is top notch with a staff to match, make an appointment with Dr. Long... You absolutely will not be disappointed...

Easy check in. Minimal wait time. Pleasant and efficient technician. Doctor covered all matters pertinent to my visit effectively.

Timely getting in and out. Office runs very efficient. And Dr. is outstanding. She put my mind at ease. In and out in less than an hour and I am new to the practice.

I arrived 2 minutes before my appointment. The check in process was quick, and my appointment began almost immediately following check in. The exam with Kristen(sp?) was thorough, and Dr. Sheikh completed her exam several minutes later. Communication was concise and complete. I was pleased with the detail and efficiency of the process, and highly recommend their services.
