I don’t write reviews very often, but Melbourne Eye definitely deserves one! From the moment I walked in until the time I left, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The technicians were knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made the entire exam comfortable and stress-free. The doctor was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. I left feeling confident that I had received excellent care. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I’m now just waiting for my new glasses, which should be ready in a week or two. I highly recommend Melbourne Eye to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and outstanding customer service!

I had a great experience at Melbourne Eye. The entire team is very thorough and takes the time to make sure everything is done right. They use modern, up-to-date equipment, which made the exam feel very precise and efficient. Dr. Kha Duong truly stands out, he genuinely cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable and confident in your prescription. I really appreciated how much attention he gave to making sure everything was accurate and that I was completely happy before leaving. They also have a great selection of eyeglasses with plenty of styles to choose from. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for thorough, compassionate care and quality service!

This is a great office! Definitely the most thorough eye exam I've had, thanks to all the updated technology in the office. Dr. Duong is very professional and kind, he takes time to listen and made sure I understood everything along the way. Highly recommend to everyone!

Dr Duong, and his assistant Jaylen, were very friendly and professional- and they gave me a very thorough eye exam. They use the latest technology including Neurolens and Optus machines. The office is very clean, the staff is very friendly, and the office has a great selection of eyeglass frames to choose from. I highly recommend Melbourne Eye and Dr Duong for all of your optical needs and eye care!

Dr. Duong was amazing. I am 76 years old and I have never had a more thorough eye exam. He was very pleasant and kind and explained everything to me in a way that I understood. His staff was friendly and very helpful too. I have highly recommended him to my friends and family and they too were very impressed with Dr. Duong and his staff.
