I had an excellent experience with Dr. Melinda Wells and her team. I came in after a long gap in eye care with detailed questions about screen use, eye strain, and prescription options. Dr. Wells was thorough, practical, and reassuring, and the staff was friendly, organized, and helpful from scheduling through the visit. I especially appreciated the time spent explaining my options and helping me find a solution that fits my real daily use. Highly recommended.

Have been seeing Dr Wells for a long time now. She is very personable and caring. She takes time to explain about your care. Very knowledgeable in her field and makes really sound suggestions. Great attentive service from everyone in her office.

Dr. Wells was very kind and gentle with me very gracious lady. I was very impressed with her office. She had a lot of equipment that was able to test my eyes more than I’ve ever had. My eyes tested before and the news she gave me was really good news that my eyes were in good condition she had said to me if she walked into the room and saw the picture of my eye on the screen, she wouldn’t be able to tell if I was diabetic or not and that was a good thing to hear the receptionist too was very good at her job. She helped me pick out a pair of glasses that were bifocals and transitions glasses for the sun, and they fit perfectly. The frames fit perfectly. They were the very first ones I had tried on which were the best so I decided to go with those. I’m sorry I can’t remember the receptionist name, but she was really good. She was very polite. She was very courteous. The whole office staff was were good people. I highly recommend anybody to go have their eyes checked at that office. Thank you, Ray Garcia.

We’ve been a patient of Dr. Wells for years! She is amazing. She’s a great doctor - she knows her stuff - and she really takes the time to care for you. She treats us like people. Her office staff is the best! They’re friendly and beyond skilled at their jobs.

Melinda Wells, O.D. Is the perfect Optometrist with a matching office and staff. I needed to get my eyes checked and just turning 65 her office was in my Medicare list of Doctors. When the frames I wanted arrived ( I purchased the frames elsewhere) I brought them in to have the lenses made. And they even made adjustments on a pair I purchased online to see how they would turn out. You really must have your glasses and location of where everything should be by a professional in order to have your glasses work as they should. So when I received my new glasses they turned out perfect everything as it should be as I use progressive lenses. However not only are the perfect the lenses are actual ZEISS Lenses. Needless to say I will be having all my eyes cared for and all my glasses made by Dr. Wells. I’ve been wearing glasses since I was about 35 and have never had such high quality lenses. Thank You Dr. Wells and Staff 🤓
