Melissa Eye Associates

We had a wonderful experience with Melissa eye associates.. They were incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with our child, making the eye exam a positive and stress-free experience. They explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all of our questions. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we felt truly cared for from start to finish. We highly recommend this place to any family looking for an excellent pediatric eye doctor.

Went camping this weekend, my left eye was bothered by something the entire time. I get home, wake up and my eye is swollen and looked horrid. Went to my eye doctor, Melissa Eye, and walked in. They were able to fit me in almost immediately. The doctor did her exam, gave me her recommendation and sent me on my way with a smile. I’m already feeling a lot better. She even gave me recommendations on aesthetician. :) I have been going to this place since they opened and have had nothing but positive experiences. Everyone is super friendly, and very helpful. Bonus, next door is an amazing locally owned coffee shop named George’s.

Outstanding. I’ve been through multiple annual eye exams at Melissa Eye Associates. The imaging technology is impressive. The doctors are able to walk you through the images and explain things in a way that’s easy to understand. I’ve also had a few situations that required quick appointments and evaluations, and they did their best to help me out. The staff and doctors are consistently cordial, attentive, and excellent at listening to concerns and conducting thorough evaluations. Their diagnoses and treatments have been spot on. I highly recommend this outstanding practice to anyone in Melissa and the surrounding communities.

I had a great first experience at Melissa Eye Associates! Gretchen, the technician, was friendly, patient, and made the eye exam process comfortable from the start. Dr. Anthony was very informative, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I had the correct prescription. Finally, Brittany helped me find the perfect pair of glasses and made the selection process easy and enjoyable. Everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service. I highly recommend Melissa Eye Associates.

Melissa Eye associates has an amazing front office staff and Dr. Daewood is absolutely top-notch. She is incredibly thoughtful and she always gives a thorough explanation of everything that she does while seeing you for your eye appointment. Absolutely love her! I had an issue recently and they fit me in the next day... customer service, empathy, kindness, attention to detail all seem to be fading traits in business today. But that is not the case that Melissa Eye Associates.
