Thank God they changed personnel when my husband and I came two years ago there was a rude lady that was in the front desk. My husband and I were dreading coming back To this location because of that horrible experience, but this location is closest to our home. About two weeks ago we were so surprised and happy that they have two wonderful and sweet young ladies sitting in the front. They go above and beyond to help you select the perfect frames and help you get the perfect fit. Also, our doctor was phenomenal. We totally recommend this location of my eye doctor. Wonderful Customer Service!

This is one of the best eye care places I’ve been to, and I’m usually really picky. The staff are amazing and truly know their stuff. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcomed and comfortable, not awkward at all. The eye technician was skilled and seamless with the machines and testing process, and they were also a great help when it came time to pick out frames. There were so many selections, and their guidance made the process easy and stress free. The doctor was knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The manager also helped break down the packages and deals so I didn’t feel overwhelmed or surprised by the cost. The place was clean, and overall it was a really good visit.

I had a wonderful exam with Dr.Zeb. He was very insightful, thorough, and had a great personality. Carla and Sophia were the sweetest and super informative. The office looks great and My exam was fast but not rushed. They have upfront, clear pricing, and many selections. I would definitely recommend.

this place was really great the first time that i went. this time i called to order another batch of contacts and the lady that answered the phone told me that they don’t take my insurance and i asked her to send my prescription so i could go somewhere else and she did. i spoke to my job and called her back letting her know that my benefits reset and i have a new insurance if she could look it up by my social, when she answered the phone she immediately told me “i already sent you the prescription you just need to give it time because im doing other things” im sorry? that’s not even why i called back. i asked her to look me up again and she kept repeating herself that i don’t have any benefits until august. i asked if she could call to see and she told me no, they don’t do that. i asked that they don’t verify insurance? she said “no it says what it says.” i was like oh okay… im not sure what her problem was but she had an attitude the entire time and sounded bothered with the entire interaction in both phone calls. so i will be ordering somewhere else im not dealing with the entitlement, wow.
