Was lucky enough to find Dr. Pham , Rachel (Practice Manager) a few years back.. like any good business it starts up front... Rachel and .her staff do not disappoint! Always helpful and always with a warm smile. You can clearly see they love what they do! Thanks Team for years of exceptional customer service and transparency! My family has been coming here for years and because I did not need glasses, I had not gone until this year. Wow, the front desk lady is absolutely awful. Horrible attitude and just overall rude. Apparently she is also the person that teaches kids how to put in their contacts when they are learning. Huge mistake, she was not paying attention at all to my child and allowed them to insert two contacts on top of each other and let her leave that way. It was so confusing. We will never be back.
