You can get your prescription there and don't have to walk to far and also buy stuff there instead of going to a high price store like CVS and Walgreens.
Literally horrible here, there was so much staff and so little patients and yet it took 2 hours just to get my cousin into xray! And it took about another hour for a doctor to even come see her after the xray, I'd get it if it was packed, but there was literally 6 patients 8 including us, and literally over 20 staff. They left an old lady in a wheelchair who had breathing problems in the middle of the hallway, we were in the waiting room, we checked in, we got taken to a backroom, got sent back to the waiting room, got taken to an actual room, went to xray, came back to the same room, they didn't give my cousin anything for her back, she can't all or sit up, and the whole time we were here she was sitting up and walking, they didn't give her anything for the pain, the only thing they did in the entire three+ hours we've been here.
My son had a stroke and was sent to metroheath old Brooklyn, he was on the stroke floor. Therapy was excellent, nursing was horrible, they did not know how to treat a young patient that had a stroke. It was the worst experience and my son was in fear of his life especially with night shift, they knew nothing about care and compassion and they definitely had bad attitudes, especially if they had to answer the phone. They didn't know how to speak in a caring manner to my son and treated him like a prisoner he was afraid to come out of his room. They need more education on how to treat a stroke victim and how to talk to someone with a respect, . Day shift was a little better there was only one nurse and one assistant that actually treated my son decent. I think the place should be shut down. It was the worst experience for my son, who could not defend himself due to speech deficit and unable to move his right side. Luckily he was discharged and is doing much better now that he is out of that toxic environment.
