I recently went to the new Outpatient Health for a stress test nuclear scan. The new building is huge but very organized, clean, safe and easy to reach locations with instructions on Mychart. The cardiology team was great, taking care of me, they are so kind especially the ladies nurses, they helped me a lot, one of the young doctors was little rude and sarcastic when talking. And then I visit Dr. Neelima Katukuri, she's a great doctor, very caring, expert in diagnoses and treatments. Thank you so much for taking care of me.

Metro health has gone down over the yrs. The Drs and nurses have gotten lazy. I came in with my mom @5pm. Instead of listening to her they ignored what she said and wanted to diagnose her with something unrelated to the issues she was having. At 7:30 they said they would get an MRI. At midnight after checking 3 times I finally found someone to check th system. They said MRI had been ready an waiting for her for at least 2 hrs. Which means two of those times I checked the nurse just was too lazy to check the system. Not want to become in the room and ask if she needed anything else for pain or she needed anything. Anytime we need something I had to go to the desk even though her call light was on. The front desk would answer her call light and said they would find her nurse and that would be the last thing we'd hear. ER may have been busy but it wasn't that busy that you can't attend to your patients. When I saw her nurse she was chatty Kathy with another nurse. And I said out in the hallway and watched her be chatty Kathy for 30 minutes. And my mother's light was on the whole time. It's a top it off my mother's daughter clearly states that she's a fall risk. That warrants a little bit more supervision than most. The bathrooms were filthy. Somebody kept peeing all over the floor. And maintenance will be right there and it says the bathrooms are checked every hour. I noticed they weren't. I had to keep telling maintenance and somebody had peed all over the bathroom floor because with someone that's a fall risk that's dangerous. I was having trouble opening up the bathroom door with my mother in the wheelchair and two nurses were just sitting there chatting away. Not once offering too help open the door or anything..A patient that wanted to use the bathroom saw us and said let me help you. Then one of the nurses.was like oh I'm sorry didn't see you there. Let me help. Smh. This was the worst Er visit ever. I won't ever get started on my mother's visit to Severance Metro ER for a fall last month. Stay away from metro health er if you want good service

I would leave zero stars if I could! This hospital and its staff are a complete train wreck. My sister was admitted and it was horrible gown didn't fit left sitting in a mess dismissed by ALL care staff given double BP meds and missed medications . Drugs given without a clear definition of what they were which in turn made her violently sick!! Carestaff also called days later to tell her they forgot to tell her she had not one but two infections. Discharged without clear answers doctors refused to come back and talk to any of us. Do yourselves a favor and keep yourself and anyone you care about out of Metro. 2 separate complaints filed haven't heard a word and I won't because they could care less. What a joke.

The nurses and Doctors here are outstanding ! My loved one needed aggressive surgery last night. The Doctor was very informative, and helped my stress level by talking calmly. The nurses are very caring and attentive. She stayed overnight and I came within the visiting hours window to see her. She said groggy, "I remember how nice and kind they were to me the whole time". I only wish the cafeteria was great as the entire Orthopedic staff we encountered these few days. Parking was easy and well labeled. Very clean Hospital and I will highly recommend this Main campus for your needs. We have been to the other Hospital before, "we won't name" And the care is very different on all levels.
