Staff are always courteous and helpful. The other day, one even asked how I pronounce my name. That is very rare for me. Lol

I was in another room when I overheard the nurses talking about they patients medical information, very unprofessional and was laughing the entire time didn’t really focus on they own task instead was in a group chatting it up

The lab people are unprofessional their attitude is disgusting they gave out my daughter's private information without me signing which is a HIPAA violation I will be having a lawyer look into it so watch out they're giving out your medical information to people without your consent.
