Broadway Optical (Dr. Stephen A. Figler & Assoc., Inc.)

I am not the type of person to leave a review about an office or anything like that. But I had an appointment today. At 11 AM and I am completely above and beyond satisfied with the experience I had today. Everyone was genuine and kind from over the phone to the end of my appointment.It was very a pleasant experience with everyone I encountered.And I do recommend for everyone to at least give them a try 🥰

Broadway Optical was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The receptionist was wonderful, and the entire staff was kind, helpful, and made the whole appointment feel easy and comfortable. Dr. Stephen Fialer was incredible with my children. He was patient, understanding, gentle, and so good with both of my autistic kids. I was especially nervous because one of my children is nonverbal, but he handled everything with so much care and patience that I instantly felt at ease. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an eye appointment, especially families with children who may need a little extra understanding and support. We had such a positive experience.

It is refreshing to see medical professionals make the conscience choice to establish their buisness in a neighborhood that is undeserved. I can count one one hand, independent healthcare offices located in South Broadway/Slavic Village community. And of course the courteous, knowledgeable staff make it a pleasure as well as convenient! TY

Broadway optical has been my place for many years. The service they provide is absolutely phenomenal. Matt is my guy. He has such an amazing personality and never fails to amaze me. The staff treats you like family. The doc is sharp and knows how to examine your eyes with TLC. Why would I go anywhere else.

This was my first visit and it was amazing!! Everything from the actual exam to the customer service. I was well pleased leaving there today. Thank you so much for a great first time experience.
