Absolutely horrible, very unprofessional and unorganized. I made an appointment at the miles location, I called to confirm my appointment the day of I was told my appointment date and time, I go at said date and time at the proper location and the front desk tells me I have no appointments scheduled, so I proceed to call the operator back who confirmed my appointment and she's now telling me it was never enter in the system. They are constantly losing my medical records claiming they have a new system. I've also had issues in the past with having appointments set up with a physician that don't even be in the office on that particular day. The location is horrible and very unorganized definitely needs be shut down or hire new staff

I’ve been coming here since I was an infant. Services here has declined tremendously each year. They need major upgrades and a deep clean here. It’s no reason the adult medicine sinks and walls are filled with mold and old gauze on the floors.. that isn’t sanitary. The only department that is ok is OB/GYN.

Extremely unprofessional!! Been trying to get a refill on my insulin, and they have been extremely rude about it!

They're really nice and accommodating. And because the prices are so low I can afford care especially since I'm in school. 🏫🎒

I went to this NEON location on Miles Ave for an eye exam and eye glasses. The service was fine and the glasses are also, although there weren't many I liked from the small collection they had in office. I chose a pair that would go with any outfit. The doctor didn't measure my face thus my glasses slip down a bit since they're a tad wide. Make sure to get your prescription so you can buy some eye glasses elsewhere if you want a nicer pair. This location also doesn't prescribe contact lenses.
