Deborah Suarez the phlebotomist is simply amazing! I had my blood drawn today, and I honestly never felt the needle—it was completely pain-free. I still don’t know how she did it! She is not only incredibly skilled but also warm, kind, and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. If you need blood work, ask for Deborah Suarez. She is the best phlebotomist I’ve ever had. Highly, highly recommended!

I have been treated in this medical center for a few years, I have always been well attended, the people are attentive and respectful. I'm only grateful for finding humane and attentive people.
I visited this community health center because I needed to do a check up and do an h-pylori test because I was experiencing a few symptoms. The staff treated me well, listened, and let me see my doctor as I made a payment. I’ll say it was great customer service 👍
I had a medical appointment and was kept waiting for more than four hours before being seen. As an elderly patient with diabetes, I found this experience very disappointing. What concerned me most was the lack of empathy and communication regarding the delay. A simple apology or an update informing patients that the doctor was running behind schedule would have shown respect and consideration. Patients should be given the option to wait or reschedule their appointment if the delay is significant. Healthcare providers expect patients to arrive on time and keep their appointments, so it is reasonable for patients to expect the same level of respect in return. Long delays without communication can be especially difficult for elderly individuals and those with medical conditions. I hope the office will improve its communication and patient care practices to ensure a more respectful and compassionate experience for everyone.
My review had been previously deleted. In may 2020 I took my newborn daughter for her 2nd month vaccines to see doctor Alejandro Amoretti. While in the examining room, Alejandro Amoretti sexually assaulted me while holding me with both his hands and pushing me towards his genitals while I was holding my newborn baby. I was so confused and shocked it took me a while to react. I was not able to tell my husband who was waiting outside for fear that he would beat him to death. After leaving, I immediately called the center, reported the entire incident to the COO and they did absolutely nothing. 6 years later, he still has his job, and after googling his name multiple times I found that he has done the same thing to others. I beg you, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS DOCTOR!
