All though there are barley seats in the front lobby, you were handled pretty quickly. Given the crowd of Miami Gardens the front desk handled themselves gracefully when faced with challenging customers. The doctor that assisted my family and I was very informative, and interactive with my boys. I really appreciate how he checked for understanding and answered any questions my boys and I had. I would definitely recommend this location, very nicely decorated and kept. I cant forget to speak on my specialist that helped me pick out my glasses, loved his attitude patience and feedback. Thank you guys for a great experience.

The clinic was more organized than I expected for a weekend visit. Even with many patients, the process moved steadily. The nurse carefully cleaned each testing machine before use, which made the environment feel safer and professionally maintained.
Doctor is very professional and knowledgeable. You’re in good hands at this place don’t let the outside fool you of the greatness inside. I recommend this place if you need to check your vision. Staff is also very helpful and polite.
I made an order for contact lenses and while I was doing the exam for said contact lenses, I’ve expressed to whomever was servicing me at the time, that this would be my first time using contact lenses. They explained they’d show me how to insert them when my trials came in. It was to my surprise that no demonstration was scheduled AND when I came to pick up my lenses that no one ordered my trials as they said they would. Front desk lady just handed me my 6 month supply and asked me if I wanted to try them on. No one to provide guidance, no explanations. Only showed me to their sink so I can figure it out myself. Customer care and service is not a strong suit at this office. I left frustrated and unable to wear my contact lenses.
Significant Decline in Patient Care/Communication I have been a long-time patient here, but the quality of service has recently plummeted. After being put on hold for 8 minutes only to be told to "call back later," it took four additional attempts just to place an order for my son’s contact lenses. Despite speaking with the Office Manager on 2/21/2026—who assured me that staff meetings were being held to address these exact communication issues—the follow-through remains non-existent. My son’s lenses arrived on 3/5/2026, yet no one called us. He has been forced to wear his trial lenses for nearly three weeks while his order sat in the office. I am sharing this because I value the clinical care here, but the front-office mismanagement is now bordering on a safety issue for patients. I hope the owner sees this and realizes that "new verbiage" doesn't matter if the basic task of notifying patients isn't being done
