Great reminder of why I only shop Walmart twice a year. Placed online order and then they canceled it. Couldn't find the item I needed so I tried asking an employee who had his headphones in, just pointed the general direction even though I told him I already looked. Walked past another employee, had headphones in. Waited forever in line, when I got to the register the lady doesn't speak, just starts spraying down the belt while trying to place items on it. How the mighty have fallen.

I had an issue where my phone had died and I could not provide proof of a receipt. Yet I had been able to pay before my phone died. I went to the customer service desk and was greeted by Riyah. She was incredibly helpful and helped me get the situation fixed promptly. I am so grateful for the time she took to make sure I was taken care of. I don’t know who her boss is, but she deserves a raise.

Customer service inside is great but don't ever place an order for pick up here. There is is big disconnect in quality of service in that department compared to the rest of the store. Shout out to the tire and auto department also because they are the best. Pick up service gets half a star but I won't judge the whole store based on their poor performance. Please get it together over there.

Good enough for a quick stop and pick up a few snacks. The parking lot was well lit and clean though a few cart corrals needed attention and the trash can next to where I parked was full. Inside, well lit and I had no problems finding the few things I needed. Self-checkout worked fine despite half of the machines either out of order or simply turned off.

My experience with Mahi was absolutely incredible. While using self-checkout, I realized I didn’t have my wallet and there was no tap to pay option available. Mahi quickly stepped in, printed a ticket for my order, and reassured me that she would set my groceries aside while I went to retrieve my wallet. During this process, another customer interrupted in a very rude manner, but Mahi handled the situation with professionalism and composure. She calmly let the other customer know she would assist them shortly while continuing to help me resolve my issue. The entire interaction was smooth, controlled, and made me feel completely at ease. Mahi demonstrated excellent customer service, and I truly appreciate her professionalism. Thank you again, and keep up the great work.
