For service and eye care, I would give MEI five stars. For their billing department, I would give them zero stars. I am currently being harassed with payment for service that my insurance covers. I even called my insurance to make sure. Last time I talked to billing, they had not even billed my insurance! And they keep sending me the bill!
Always look forward to be taken care of by these true Professionals. To help me with any and all optical needs has been a wonderful experience. Comforting to know they have my back!!!!.
Made an appointment in May. The office called and canceled it. They rescheduled it for 2 weeks later. They called 3 hours before the appointment and cancelled again. Person who I talked to said implied that I was blaming her for the cancellations. and that things happen. Well things do happen and it happens that I will not be a customer in the future.
The staff and especially Dr. Mahalik we’re so great yesterday I cannot tell you how much I appreciate all of them but Doctor Mahalik and Michelle were fantastic I thank you all very much
