I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Mayne. She was extremely thorough, attentive, and took extra time to meet with me and address all of my concerns. I truly appreciated that I never felt rushed during my appointment. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made me feel very comfortable and cared for. It’s clear that she genuinely values her patients and goes above and beyond to provide excellent care. I highly recommend her!

I have been with MEI for 10+ years. All the Doctors and staff are positive and friendly. They have all the equipment needed on sight to assist in all your evaluation needs. Large and clean waiting rooms. Many examples rooms. They have helped me keep my mist valuable possession, my eyes with 20/20 vision even at 70 years old!

In our ever changing times we are now asked to sign in prior to the appointment via a portal. Once I arrived I was asked to go into the portal to verify all my info. Wait time was much shorter than last year. Very small changes to my last year's script. Went to the desk and paid my $65 fee. Also I recieved my script on paper. All in all 1 1/2 hour long appointment. Very happy with Dr. Mahalak and his team. I would refer anyone looking for a new eye place to Michigan Eye Institute.

The gal who did my vision test and the gal she was training were the best! I can't say enough how much I appreciated them And Dr Coulter was very informative and very kind. Thank you! Also wanted to mention the gal who helped me pick out my glasses! She was great!

Dr Mayne was pleasant informative and explained every step as well as future considerations. It was a pleasant experience thanks to Dr Main and her entire staff. I would highly recommend them for any ophthalmic needs
