The doctors and office staff at Mid Atlantic are excellent. They are caring, professional, and always take the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. They explain everything clearly and make sure I understand the treatment plan, what procedures will be done, and what to expect throughout the process. Their communication and attention to patient care have made me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment.

Let me begin by saying that I do not use my real name when I am reviewing, so I don’t feel uncomfortable in being honest. I was a patient here. I would not recommend this place due to several reasons first of all my expectations of the cataract surgery was not met and I feel like I could’ve gotten better care elsewhere. Secondly the wait times on the day of appointment way overbooked.The surgery seemed rushed and I never got to see the doctor again afterwards to have him go over the assessment on how it went and especially if he saw any abrasions. The nursing staff and the techs were great.

I recently had ICL surgery to correct my vision performed by Dr. SuDeep Pramanik and had a fantastic experience. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for me and even when I had a minor post surgery issue he came in after hours to make sure I was okay and gave me a personal number to follow up with any more problems. He even had another doctor who underwent the surgery themselves call me to discuss the experience. I’m so appreciative of him and his staff for all their help and kindness through this journey and I’m over joyed by the results. By far the best doctor experience I’ve had in the medical world and wish I could get my vision corrected again just so I can go back to have him as my doctor. I would recommend Dr. Pramanik and his staff 10 out of 10 times.

I was referred to Dr. Pramanik by my husband and another friend for my cataracts. I’ve taken my “good vision” for granted thru my whole life, so launching into the process of diagnosing, treating and following up, has been a little hard for me. My surgery experiences went very smoothly - excellent care at the surgicenter. My post-op course has had a few bumps but Dr. Pramanik and both his associates (Dr. Bell and Dr. Sherron, Mid Atlantic Corneal Consultants, MACC), have been attentive, supportive and remained committed to giving me the best results possible. Dr. Pramanik has given superb care with explanations along the way. Ultimately, my vision is great and I am so grateful for the care and caring I have received from Mid Atlantic Corneal Consultants. I recommend MACC without reservation! (although, an in suite bathroom would make the office suite perfect! 😊)

Impossible to get ahold of. Wasted two months trying to have some response to the many voicemails left behind. Look somewhere else, don't waste time hoping they will respond.
