I’m not sure how I was recommended this doctor, but the first time I took my daughter there, mind you she’s eight. She also autistic and she has social anxiety. They took us back and the staff was reasonably decent, but then when we met the doctor, he seemed a little off and very Just over it. He wasn’t kid friendly, if that makes sense. During the appointment, she kept saying she couldn’t see the letters and he was just getting irritated. Finally at the end of the appointment gave her a prescription. Didn’t really explain anything, but then said he wanted to see her back in two months. Gave me a sheet of paper with the letters numbers and pictures on it and told her to study it. When we got into my van, I asked her if she could look at the letters and identify them and she did. She just kept saying she could not see the letters clearly. So, we go to our appointment today and mind you, I have my eight-year-old daughter with me and my seven-year-old son who is nonverbal autistic. They had us back-and-forth in between rooms. They made us wait for a long periods and I’m not sure why because there was nobody in the office. My daughter ended up having to have her eyes dilated, and she was very uncomfortable and she was very scared about having the eye drops put in her eyes and you could tell the staff was just getting so irritated and I was getting irritated because we had already been there for so long and my nonverbal autistic son was getting stir crazy because we have been in the room for over an hour and a half at this point. Finally they Dilate her eyes and get sent into YET another room. While we’re in the middle of the exam, of the Staff came in and was talking to the staff member that was working with my daughter about another client, she then proceeded to walk out and leave us in the room for another 30 minutes while they dealt with another patient. I was irritated, but it I tired to be calm. At the is point I was over it. Both my kids had been here for 2 hours. Having 2 two autistic kids in a dirty, small room for 2 hours is so frustrating. When the doctor came in he was super rude to my son. I kept telling them they were autistic, but it seemed like they just didn’t care. He was very short and very irritable and he just seems very off. He’s not kid friendly. He is not willing to work with the kids and he gets very flustered and frustrated. My daughter kept saying she couldn’t see so he pulls the machine away and then she points towards the mirror and of course the mirror wasn’t angled properly so she definitely couldn’t see anything. He seemed to look at us with a side eye and kind of like an attitude if that makes sense. I know they definitely heard me complaining about how I was about to leave in 15 minutes if they didn’t come in and that I wasn’t coming back because of the service. It was only after they herd me complaining that they came in and did the appointment. At one point, I had to open up the door and ask them how much longer it was gonna take because I had another Appointment. My daughter‘s appointment was for 1 o’clock and we didn’t end up leaving until almost 4. When we did leave, They just walked away. They didn’t offer a doctors note for school. They didn’t offer a follow up visit. They just handed me papers and that’s it. Both times she left with a different prescription and both times I thought to myself it’s definitely not accurate. It’s funny when I came to look at the reviews for this office, I saw that it was a 2.3 and I literally thought to myself. Yeah that makes so much sense. When I was reading some of the reviews and some of the experiences that the clients have had, they are ALL so accurate. All the one star reviews are exactly spot on. Even down to how the doctor behaves. He’ll keep a client waiting and when he actually comes into the appointment, he’s very straight to the point, no nonsense. He doesn’t make conversation or try to warm up to you. He just goes right in and you can tell he gets very irritated and frustrated very quickly if you don’t do things his exact way.

What an experience, fun welcoming and professional. From the moment I called for an appointment until I left my appointment is was overwhelmed with the entire experience. The staff was like hanging with friends. The waiting room was
Sent me an invoice a year after being seen despite already providing a copay. The invoice said I was late with payment even though I had already given my initial copay and had not received any other invoices prior reflecting an owed balance. Recently I have been sent follow up invoices with some additional online charge that I never consented to on top of the other owed balance. They also don’t offer a convenient way to pay their scam additional charges you don’t agree to.
I’ve been going here for a long time but you always have to wait forever to see the doctor so I finally started taking the first appointment. He Doesn’t even get to the office until an hour or so after his first appointment. . I’m actually sitting waiting for him right now. Appt. Time 830 it is 930 and he’s still not here. He has a room full of patients waiting for him right now. Girls are nice in the office. That’s it!!… 1015…. Still waiting and this is only for a glasses recheck! 😡😡
Everybody there is so polite and patient and explains every procedure they're doing step by step. This was 1st time there and would definitely recommend!
