Ever since I started going to Family first to see doctor lukminny I have had nothing but issues. The one was I needed to be back on my ADHD medication and he thought I was medication seeking.I also lost my medications and they didn't even try to refill the prescriptions that I had lost.Thats why I'm to the point where I'm about to just pay out of pocket for one of these online doctors because then they will actually do something not like this place.Just sit back and collect people insurance and give us a hard time. I don't understand this place at all nothing but problems I give them a 1 start rating and they should not even have that.

Absolutely the worst experience trying to schedule a new patient appointment with this dentist’s office. Considering they operate multiple locations; I expected a much more organized and professional scheduling process. Over the past couple of weeks, I have called at least eight different times trying to set up an appointment. Each time I was met with rude and unprofessional staff. Initially, I was told to call back on Friday to schedule. When I called Friday, I was then told to call Monday. I called Monday and waited on hold for 35 minutes, only to be told there were no appointments available and that I should call back the following Monday. The next Monday I called again and waited on hold for 30 minutes, only to be told there were still no appointments available and to call back again. Today I called once more, waited on hold for 40 minutes, and was again told there were no appointments available. When I asked why patients are repeatedly told to call back if there are no appointments available especially with multiple office locations the staff member responded rudely and then hung up on me. Scheduling a simple new patient appointment should not take weeks of calls, long hold times, and unprofessional treatment.

The people of the dentist office 0 professionalism, 0 COMMUNICATION, I did an appointment and they told me 10:15 , when I arrive with my son the lady did the check in and she never told me my appointment it was at 10:50am, on the phone they told me 10:15am and then when I arrived at the end they told me it was at 10:50, my son has autism he was desperate to go out of the office they don’t know how to do their job at all. 0 PROFESSIONALISM

Headaches are very severe that I randomly fell asleep in the waiting room while I was dropping off paperwork to apply for the low income prescription discount program, and all the office staff was concerned for my physical health. Thankful that they processed our paperwork on a timely manner. As a homeless single mother who doss not have doctors here, I didn't qualify for the prescription discount program.

As a potential new patient, I tried to get an appointment. The system is cumbersome and outdated. I'll just look elsewhere.
