I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Plum at Mid Florida Eye in Wildwood. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Plum took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine compassion gave me complete confidence in the care I received. He also has a wonderful sense of humor, which helped put me at ease and made the entire visit much more enjoyable. It's clear that he truly cares about his patients and wants them to understand their eye health and treatment options. The office was well organized, appointments ran smoothly, and the staff was courteous and efficient. My only small criticism is that the self-check-in kiosk didn't seem to work as well as it should, but the staff quickly stepped in to help, so it didn't take away from the excellent care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Plum and the entire team at Mid Florida Eye to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, professional, and personable ophthalmologist. Five stars all the way!
